The Johor International Finance and Commerce Center (JIFC) will anchor the development by establishing Vision City as a destination for world business and finance. Directly accessible via the new coastal highway and an ultra-modern LRT stop, the centre will be distinguished by an iconic 88-storey office tower at its eastern end.
