Towards this end, we seek to do business with quality partners and management teams that have successful track records and unique development concepts.

Danga Bay is located right in the heart of Iskandar Malaysia – the special economic zone in which is the fastest growing in Malaysia. And the pace of development is likely to continue, or even accelerate, in the coming years. We believe Danga Bay is uniquely positioned to take advantage this growth.

Our unwavering commitment to excellence continues in the form of several signature projects currently underway. We are delivering our promises in our on-going projects such as the Danga Island Villas, Danga International Marina, Danga Bay Convention Centre and other high-end apartment and hotel properties.
